Business Development Executive Role

This is a dynamic role for a bilingual professional who can leverage their skills to connect with potential clients and buyers in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.

The ideal candidate will have fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written, and at least 2-4 years of experience in business development, telesales, or lead generation.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable with high-volume outreach and remote engagement, and has familiarity with lead generation tools and sales platforms.

In this role, you will be responsible for finding and connecting with potential clients and decision-makers, reaching out via various channels, qualifying prospects, and building a clean pipeline aligned with our offerings.

  • Identify opportunities and build relationships across multiple channels
  • Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Google Maps to source leads
  • Qualify prospects and schedule introductory meetings for the consulting team

As a Business Development Executive, you will have regional exposure with clients across KSA, UAE, and Pakistan, hands-on experience in business development for consulting and financial services, and a collaborative work culture with clear KPIs and career progression.
