Restaurant Operations Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Restaurant Operations Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and efficient business processes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Supervise restaurant staff, providing guidance, coaching, and training to improve performance and productivity.

Requirements

Candidates should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in restaurant operations, management, or a related field.
