Maintenance and Equipment Expert

As a key member of our operations team, we are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and repair of critical utility equipment.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems and be able to take initiative or work as a team player focusing on continuous improvement. They will also be responsible for:

  • Managing a team of technicians and ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties
  • Coordinating with vendors and contractors to procure spare parts and services
  • Developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment
  • Conducting regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them before they become major problems

In addition to technical expertise, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, enabling them to effectively manage competing priorities and drive results-oriented teams.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in mechanical engineering and at least 6-8 years of experience handling utility equipment. A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is required, along with a proven track record of success in a management position.

The candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. They must also be willing to learn and take on new challenges, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
