Job Description:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute a cohesive social media content strategy aligned with brand objectives and target audience preferences.
  • Design engaging and innovative visual content, including graphics, images, videos, animations, and other multimedia elements, tailored for different social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
  • Create consistent and visually appealing templates for regular content updates, ensuring brand consistency and recognition.
  • Conceptualize and produce creative assets for various campaigns, promotions, product launches, and events to drive audience engagement and brand awareness.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media best practices, and platform updates, and incorporate these insights into the content creation process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience (3+ years) as a social media content designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and impactful work across various social media platforms.

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout principles. Familiarity with video editing, motion graphics, and animation is a plus.
