Greenhouse Production Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Greenhouse Manager with expertise in agriculture and hydroponics to lead our greenhouse operations. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day activities, ensure optimal growing conditions, and maintain sustainability practices.

Responsibilities
  • Manage planting, harvesting, and general maintenance tasks.
  • Oversee the hydroponic system for flowers and vegetables, ensuring optimal nutrient delivery and environmental conditions.
  • Monitor plant health and address pest or disease issues promptly.
  • Train and supervise greenhouse staff.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of minimum 3 years in Agriculture and managing a greenhouse, with specific expertise in hydroponic systems.
  • Strong knowledge of plant biology, nutrient management, and environmental control systems.
