The successful remote developer personality profile includes being strategic, creative, confident, direct, and taking charge in situations.

Key responsibilities include implementing and managing pixel tracking, skilled use of AI tools to improve conversion rates, designing and optimizing landing pages, conducting A/B testing, managing GCLID integration, managing CMS platforms, operating CRM platforms, executing API integrations, developing and managing automation, and project management within Google High Level environments.

Requirements include five years of proven experience as a Developer/Conversion Rate Optimization, digital marketing agency experience, ability to multitask and manage time well, calm and collected approach to problem-solving, analytical skills, exceptional communication skills, impeccable command of the English language, and a master or higher level of education.
