Performance Advertising Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Performance Advertising Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing department, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Google Ads and at least one additional platform. They will also possess strong copywriting skills and a data-driven mindset. Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Tag Manager is essential. Additional experience with TikTok Business Manager, Google Merchant Center, and Keyword Planner is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Zalo Ads, and other platforms.
  2. Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and develop compelling ad copy.
  3. Conduct A/B testing and recommend continuous performance improvements.
  4. Implement tracking pixels, conversion tags, and event monitoring through Google Tag Manager.
  5. Analyze performance data and generate actionable reports using Looker Studio / Data Studio.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and at least one additional platform.
  2. Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Tag Manager.
  3. Experience with TikTok Business Manager, Google Merchant Center, and Keyword Planner.
  4. Strong copywriting skills and a data-driven mindset.
  5. Google Ads certification is an advantage.
