Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our policy and compliance efforts. As a Director (Policy & Compliance), you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies, rules, and regulations, as well as managing and leading a team of lawyers and policy professionals.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of government workings and a proven track record in drafting policies and managing teams. They will also have a strong background in privacy and data protection compliance and certifications in Data Protection or Privacy Law (e.g. CIPP, CIPM) will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies, rules, and regulations
  • Manage and lead a team of lawyers and policy professionals
  • Collaborate with government agencies and regulators to secure policy approvals
  • Represent the organization in high-level discussions and forums

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a relevant field
  • At least 10 years of experience in legal or policy roles, including team leadership
  • Strong background in privacy and data protection compliance
  • Certifications in Data Protection or Privacy Law (e.g. CIPP, CIPM) will be preferred
