  • Significant experience working in E-commerce environments, preferably with Shopify, WordPress, or similar platforms.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on email-based support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems, help desk software, and remote support tools.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple customer concerns simultaneously.
