About the Role

The Sales Leadership Manager will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue through the development and implementation of comprehensive digital marketing and sales strategies. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of digital marketing specialists, account managers, and sales representatives, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple departments, building and maintaining strong relationships within the organization and outside. Understand each unique goal, objective, and challenge to provide tailored marketing, sales, and solutions to different challenges.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing and sales strategies for each department and division. Align strategies with business objectives, market conditions, and industry trends.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., SEO, PPC, social media, email, content marketing). Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth for each department. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing specialists, account managers, and sales representatives. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reports to management on campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI. Use analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing and sales efforts.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement long-term strategies to grow each business and achieve their goals. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and sales.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, sales, or agency management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client accounts.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, CRM software).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
