We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to lead our sales team. As a key member of our organization, the Sales Performance Director will be responsible for driving sales performance, leading a team of sales representatives, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
  2. Provide guidance, coaching, and training to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  3. Monitor sales activities and performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize sales results.
  4. Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
  5. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  2. Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  3. Prior experience in a call center environment is highly desirable.
  4. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  6. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
  8. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and business success.
