We are looking for a Senior RPA Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, turning operational challenges into streamlined RPA workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for RPA implementation.
  • Identify automation opportunities across departments and document As-Is and To-Be process flows.
  • Work closely with development teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable RPA use cases.
  • Conduct feasibility analysis and ROI estimation for potential automation projects.
  • Manage documentation including process design documents (PDD), test cases, and user manuals.
  • Support UAT, gather feedback, and ensure continuous improvement in automated processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant with RPA or process automation exposure.
  • Strong understanding of automation lifecycle and tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, or Blue Prism.
  • Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or MS Dynamics.
  • Ability to identify process gaps, design workflows, and communicate with developers to ensure business alignment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with clients to enhance digital workflows and reduce manual workloads.
  • Exposure to enterprise environments and client-facing roles.
  • Knowledge of process mapping tools and frameworks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Business Analysis or RPA tools.
