Process Enhancement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Enhancement Specialist to join our team.

This role involves analyzing workflows, creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and designing automations using tools like HubSpot Workflows and Zapier. You will collaborate with department leads to document workflows and implement effective process improvements.

  • Analyze Recruitment, Sales, and Customer Success workflows to identify areas for enhancement.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive SOPs that streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Create and manage automations using HubSpot Workflows and Zapier.
  • Evaluate and optimize existing processes regularly to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Provide administrative support for onboarding and operations.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in automation creation and lead generation.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with keen attention to detail.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work across departments.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot Workflows and Zapier is preferred but not required.
