Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall recoveries and team of officers.
  • Take ownership and management of recovery activities.
  • Maintain records of all collection activity and recoveries received.
  • Train and supervise Recovery Team for best output and results.
  • Demonstrate dependability through good attendance and adherence to timelines and schedules.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with the Recovery team to meet monthly targets.
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly Recoveries Report to Management.

Job Specification:

  • High frequency out-station visits.
  • Resolve recovery issues efficiently.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and team management skills required.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
