We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hospital Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, you will play a critical role in ensuring a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to provide clear and concise instructions to patients and staff alike. They will also be proficient in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office and have experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities will include greeting patients and visitors, scheduling appointments with doctors, answering phone calls and responding to emails. The Hospital Receptionist will also be responsible for preparing patient records, maintaining accurate records and reporting any issues or concerns to management.
RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have:
- one year of experience, preferably related to front desk or customer services
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office
- experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
