Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive high-performance software delivery for a team of engineers, promoting ownership and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the product roadmap.
  • Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of scalable, maintainable solutions.
  • Implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment to uphold software quality standards.
  • Engage in design reviews and code reviews to elevate team performance.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a software engineer, preferably at varying scales.
  • 2+ years of experience managing software engineers.
  • A strong ownership mindset and ability to lead autonomously alongside product and design.
  • Deep curiosity, customer empathy, and commitment to engineering as a craft.
