About Us

Crescent Steel and Allied Products Limited is a multi-business organization with a presence in six campuses, employing over 700 individuals. We are currently seeking dynamic individuals whose values align with ours to fill the role of Senior Officer Marketing and Sales.

The position is responsible for optimizing operational and administrative functions within the marketing and sales department, ensuring efficient execution and strategic alignment with organizational goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and generating new business leads through client visits, participation in exhibitions/events, cold calling, and other strategies.
  • Arranging and conducting client visits to the factory.
  • Preparing reports for management, including monthly marketing and sales reports, invoice status reports, dispatch status reports, etc.
  • Optimizing the use of modern database management tools like BI to benefit the M&S department.
  • Performing secondary research to gather and analyze data for identifying potential business opportunities.
  • Preparing quotations, sales orders, pre-bid and post-bid comments, bid bonds, performance bond guarantees, and performing all operational tasks related to tender submission.
  • Maintaining communication with customers regarding current and upcoming projects, resolving issues, and addressing any concerns.
  • Preparing and submitting claims as needed; resolving disputes and litigations effectively.
  • Overseeing internal and external audits to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Managing order processing through ERP systems.
  • Maintaining complete documentation of the marketing and sales department, including updated client profiles, ongoing, completed, and rejected projects, etc.
  • FOLLOWING UP WITH DEBTORS TO ENSURE TIMELY RECEIPT OF OUTSTANDING PAYMENTS.
  • Implementing API/QHSE procedures and ensuring product/process quality.
