- Foster collaboration and promote a positive team environment to drive project success.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 6-7 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on leadership and team management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate project goals and progress to stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Certification in project management is a plus.
