Job Title: IT Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Project Manager to lead our projects from initiation to delivery.

  1. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing large projects and technical teams.
  2. They will have a proven record in project management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. A good understanding of quality methodology, CMMI and ISO processes is essential.
  4. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, without too much hand-holding, and have a good understanding of the business domain of global markets.
  5. They must also have experience working with the business and dealing with their demands.
  6. A good understanding of current technologies and how they can be used is required.
  7. The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with both development teams and business stakeholders.
  8. They will also be able to work with a diverse team in different locations.
  9. Excellent communication skills and a flair for hard work are essential for this role.
  10. PMI certification would be a plus point, but not mandatory.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10-15 years of experience in IT project management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flair for hard work and excellent time management skills.
