Design Leadership RoleJob Summary

This leadership position oversees the development of online presence and drives user experience improvements to boost site conversions. The role is responsible for all digital marketing creative efforts, including brand development, campaign execution, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create engaging digital marketing communications pieces for various clients.
  • Design responsive web, mobile, and tablet experiences from concept to delivery.
  • Develop expertise in designing for Content Management Systems (CMS), such as WordPress.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to craft innovative solutions and translate them across multiple channels.
  • Work closely with project managers to deliver programs within deadlines.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and share knowledge with peers.
  • Contribute to marketing proposals by suggesting creative communications strategies.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to integrate a consistent creative theme throughout pre-sales proposals.
  • Design and produce marketing materials, including overall themes, individual piece designs, and more.
  • Oversee the production of print materials from conception to completion.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in design, preferably in-house or at a design agency.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and graphic production processes.
  • Demonstrate strong conceptual skills, a keen sense of design, layout, and typography, and the ability to offer diverse design solutions.
  • Thrives in fast-paced team environments, able to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
