Senior Marketing Communications Director

This senior leadership role is a key member of the Institute for Advancing Careers and Talents. As the Senior Marketing Communications Director, you will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing and communication plans that achieve the institute's goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive communications strategies that align with the institute's strategic objectives
  • Utilize research-based approaches to identify key messages and target audiences
  • Oversee the design and production of marketing and advertising materials
  • Manage constituent information databases for marketing and research purposes
  • Direct cross-functional teams responsible for content creation, design, analytics, and digital platform maintenance
  • Serve as the institute-wide point person for digital initiatives and projects

The ideal candidate will possess experience in senior leadership roles, with expertise in public relations, visual and media relations, publications, advertising, website development, social media, enrollment marketing, and electronic communications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in senior leadership roles, preferably in marketing communications or a related field
  • Expertise in public relations, visual and media relations, publications, advertising, and other relevant areas
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
