eCommerce Officer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced eCommerce officer to develop, implement, track and optimize our Amazon/eBay presence across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create strategic plans based on performance notifications to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Analyze market pricing data to inform reports and recommendations for action.
  • Monitor product pricing using advanced analytics tools like Keepa Analysis.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets by prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Drive growth and profitability of our brands through data-driven decision making.
  • Influence product design, content, and attributes to enhance customer engagement.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of product sales and promotion from inventory management to order fulfillment.
  • Monitor Amazon account health and metrics, alerting the team to potential issues and areas for improvement.
  • Optimize product listings for improved rankings and customer engagement through keyword research and SEO strategies.
  • Configure products on internal ERP systems and ensure accurate tracking information.
  • Enhance brand performance through optimized reviews, SEO, and pricing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices for Amazon sellers and eBay listing methods.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Amazon Account Operations Knowledge:
  • Inventory management principles and practices.
  • Blocked listings resolution procedures.
  • Plan of Action development and implementation.
  • Product complaint handling and customer service.
  • Account health monitoring and performance notification management.
  • Feedback removal procedures and review management.
Job Specification:
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central Account Management and FBA/FBM operations.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data insights.
  • Familiarity with Amazon return policy and customer service standards.
  • Ability to remove negative reviews by communicating effectively with customers and Amazon.
  • Proficiency in HTML, eBay, and photo editing software.
  • Laptop and desktop hardware expertise and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Familiarity with eBay listing methods and techniques.
  • Background in the clothing business and understanding of retail operations.
  • Able to work independently and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Holds self accountable and takes ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with various listing tools and technologies.
  • Passionate about technology and committed to staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment with multiple priorities and competing demands.
