Job Description

The Project Strategist is a vital component in ensuring project success. This role involves analyzing stakeholder needs and translating them into clear technical requirements.

This position requires strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills to facilitate seamless collaboration between business areas and technology teams.

  • Gather and document business and technical requirements for projects.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
  • Utilize project management tools such as JIRA for backlog management, sprint planning, and tracking progress.
  • Maintain documentation in Confluence, ensuring up-to-date requirements, workflows, and system designs.
  • Collaborate with development teams leveraging Bitbucket for version control and code repository management.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups as needed.
  • Conduct impact assessments and gap analyses to identify business opportunities and process improvements.
Key Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience working in project environments.
  • Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
  • Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Experience with process mapping, workflow documentation, and project management methodologies.
