Full-Time Sales and Business Development Professional

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives, and providing expert advice on equity markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to expand their portfolios and increase revenue.
  • Identify new business opportunities and pursue leads through targeted sales efforts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and economic conditions, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and provide valuable insights to clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of equity markets and trading practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop creative solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and mutual support.
