Marketing Business Development Professional

The ideal candidate will promote The Forum as an ideal place to run a business from to leading brands in the retail and service industries. They will strive to create the best shopping and working environment in town and inform and promote the venue to customers.
- Event Planning: Plan bi-annual events/promotion calendars in advance, considering national/special days, school holidays, cultural days, international events, religious days, and sporting events.
- Logistical Support: Obtain necessary permissions for all activities from relevant officials, plan logistical support required from departmental heads/personnel and agree on a schedule with senior management.
- Tenant Relations: Understand the needs of current occupiers/tenants, resolve issues, and provide timely support to maintain good relations and avoid grievances.
- Database Management: Identify and build a database of leading businesses and services, including contact details, use the database for direct marketing/PR communication.
- MBA in Marketing from a reputable institution
- Presentable
- Good communication and computer skills
- Effective relation management
- Plan costs, expenditures, and projected revenues
- Produce weekly reports for management covering progress/status on marketing and PR events
- Male/Female
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in events, promotional activities, media, and real estate marketing
