Project Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Leader to lead our projects from inception to completion.

Job Overview:

As a Project Leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing project plans, managing project scope, budget, and schedule, and ensuring timely delivery of projects. You will also be responsible for communicating with stakeholders, including project sponsors, business stakeholders, and development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and milestones
  • Manage project scope, budget, and schedule to ensure project delivery within defined parameters
  • Monitor and track project progress, identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and ensure that project milestones are met
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and manage project dependencies and ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders, including project sponsors, business stakeholders, and development teams
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, project charters, risk and issue logs, and status reports
  • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and standards, including PMI's Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)
  • Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify opportunities for process improvement and best practices

Requirements & Skills:

To be successful as a Project Leader, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop detailed project plans and schedules, manage project scope, budget, and schedule, and identify and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically to identify solutions to complex problems
  • Experience with project management software and tools, including Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar tools
  • Project management certification, such as PMP or Prince2, is a plus
