Email Marketing Expert Role

We seek a seasoned Email Marketing Specialist to drive our email marketing funnel, automation flows, and customer retention campaigns. This strategic role requires a data-driven marketer with experience in building and executing high-performing campaigns aligned with business goals.

  • Develop targeted email marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
  • Create automated flows and drip campaigns to nurture leads and enhance customer retention.
  • Segment audiences for personalized messaging and content delivery.
  • Collaborate with content teams to design visually engaging and on-brand campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign metrics and generate actionable insights to improve overall performance.
  • Maintain email list hygiene while adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales and product teams to align email marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 4–5 years of proven experience executing email marketing campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Omnisend, and/or Sendlane for flows and campaigns.
  • In-depth understanding of segmentation, automation, list management, and sender reputation.
  • Ability to interpret key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, bounce rates, and conversions.
  • Knowledge of deliverability best practices and inbox placement optimization.
  • Strong copywriting skills and attention to creative design.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
