Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned marketing strategist to spearhead the development and implementation of innovative digital marketing campaigns. This individual will be responsible for driving business growth through effective customer acquisition and retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, execute, and report on comprehensive digital marketing plans across multiple channels to achieve client objectives.
  • Utilize expertise in SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and content/paid marketing to create engaging campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate leads and revenue through targeted digital marketing efforts.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, progress updates, and strategic planning.
  • Analyze data related to traffic, leads, and sales to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  2. Proven track record of success in key technical areas: SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and content/paid marketing.
  3. Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing approaches.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective client and team interactions.
  5. Strong desire to learn new tools and techniques to stay ahead in the industry.
  6. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this role.
Experience:
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a Digital Marketing agency environment.
  • Collaborative experience within teams of 5 or more, focusing on lead generation and execution of digital marketing services.
  • Proven expertise in pre-sales discussions with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
