Export Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Export Operations Manager to spearhead our export operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to drive business growth and lead our export team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and participate in international healthcare exhibitions to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion, ensuring our products remain competitive in the global hemodialysis market.
  • Nurture strong relationships with customers through effective communication, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding expectations by delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with relevant government agencies, such as trade organizations and regulatory bodies, to ensure timely attestation of export documents and compliance with trade regulations.
  • Oversee the preparation of export documents, guaranteeing adherence to customer regulatory requirements and streamlining export processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
  • Expertly manage logistics operations, coordinating sample and document pickups with shipping companies such as DHL and FedEx to optimize logistical operations and meet customer deadlines.
  • Contribute to the development of strategic marketing plans to identify and acquire new customers, driving business growth and increasing revenue.

Strategic Approach:

  • Market Analysis: Identify potential markets and assess competitors to inform strategic decisions, staying ahead of industry trends and developments.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure product registration in target markets to maintain a competitive edge, adhering to local regulations and laws.
  • Exhibition Participation: Showcase products at international healthcare exhibitions to increase brand visibility and build relationships with industry partners.
  • Digital Marketing: Enhance online presence and leverage targeted advertising to reach new customers, increasing brand awareness and driving website traffic.
  • Customer Support: Provide comprehensive after-sales service to build long-term relationships and drive repeat business, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Professional Development:

  • Market Intelligence: Continuously gather insights on emerging trends and competitor strategies in the global hemodialysis market, staying informed and up-to-date on industry developments.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze current export processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement, implementing changes to streamline documentation and logistics.
  • Collaboration and Implementation: Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, regulatory) and external suppliers to implement policies and achieve operational excellence, driving business results and growth.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • MBA from a recognized university with 4 years of experience in an export position, demonstrating expertise in export operations and management.
