About the Role of Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our operations and maintenance team, responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning and upkeep of our renewable energy assets.

The successful candidate will have expertise in renewable energy systems and troubleshooting, with exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities. They will oversee the operations and maintenance of solar, battery energy storage system (BESS), and wind assets, ensuring peak performance and system reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of operational processes to ensure optimal system performance and adherence to company standards
  • Providing technical support and advisory services to resolve complex operational issues and minimize downtime
  • Leadership and management of field teams, ensuring proper allocation of resources, training, and adherence to safety protocols
  • Monitoring asset performance metrics, analyzing data, and preparing detailed reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Development and implementation of preventive maintenance schedules and management of corrective actions to address operational issues promptly
  • Collaboration with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely maintenance and support activities

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in MS Office Excel and data analytics software & systems
  • Understanding of renewable energy software and systems
  • Strong technical expertise in renewable energy systems and troubleshooting
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
