Job Title

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team as an Administrative Assistant - Quality Assurance. This role will provide administrative support to the global Quality Assurance team, partnering with internal and external counterparts to ensure smooth daily operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration, preferably in the quality assurance/merchandising/garment field. They must possess a solid understanding of quality assurance programs and protocols, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are also essential for success in this position.

  • Provide administrative support to the Quality Assurance team, including maintaining filing/data storage systems and ensuring timely access to documentation.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, visa applications, and expense reimbursement for Regional Directors and QA leaders as needed.
  • Develop documents and reports in collaboration with the Business Support Specialist.
  • Assist with new hire onboarding processes, including coordinating company equipment, business cards, and system logins.

The selected candidate will be responsible for consolidating and submitting travel forecasts and budget plans for the team. They will also code and process quality-related invoices, manage vendor chargebacks, and coordinate inspection processes and schedules.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants should have:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in office administration.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
