About Our Content Team

Our dedicated team focuses on creating high-quality technical interview questions that assess engineering talent worldwide. We work in various technical domains, producing new interview questions on a weekly basis and are responsible for writing, testing, publishing, and monitoring all our content.

Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Content Development Engineer, you will develop high-quality technical interview questions to update our technical content library for modern AI-enabled engineering workflows. You will also uphold our interview content standards through peer reviews, mentorship, and feedback integration.

You will work with our designers to develop new content formats that enable candidates to leverage generative AI during interviews. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Using your engineering knowledge to create extensive codebases and objective design exercises.
  • Authoring new technical interview questions in various subject domains, leveraging modern technology including generative AI.
  • Mentoring junior Content Development Engineers through peer reviews of content developments.
  • Integrating feedback and iterating on content based on performance data and feedback from the review team.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ years of post-academic experience as a software engineer with demonstrated ability to program in a common programming language.
  • Professional working experience using agentic AI solutions for software development.
  • Experience working remotely with global teams.
  • Fluent, concise English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Experience operating independently with high-output and strict deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience conducting technical interviews, project management, or working in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus.
