Job Description

We seek a highly skilled professional to lead our CSR efforts, working across functions to drive positive change.

  1. Serve as a trusted advisor on CSR issues, providing strategic guidance and support to drive business results.
  2. BUILD strong relationships with community groups, NGOs, and other external partners to advance our CSR agenda.
  3. Negotiate and manage sponsorship deals to support our CSR objectives and enhance our reputation.
  4. Develop and execute effective communications strategies to promote our CSR activities and engage key stakeholders.
  5. Evaluate the impact and outcomes of our CSR campaigns to inform future strategies and drive continuous improvement.
  6. Ensure that our investments are socially responsible and align with our values, driving long-term sustainability.
  7. Collaborate with senior executives and the cross-functional Advisory Board to develop and champion CSR initiatives within their departments.
  8. Craft CSR plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders and manage their implementation to achieve set goals and metrics.
  9. Lead the CSR reporting process, working closely with other departments to collect social and environmental data and drive transparency.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices through participation in relevant CSR membership organizations and conferences.
  11. Work on special CSR projects in coordination with other departments, such as investment strategy, philanthropy, public policy advocacy, and wellness.
  12. Identify and implement sponsorships with nonprofit and other organizations to demonstrate our commitment externally.
  13. Manage external consultants and interns as needed to support project delivery.
  14. Makes public presentations and represents our organization on external boards to promote our CSR efforts.
