You'll be instrumental in shaping our treatment design process, creating exceptional orthodontic plans, driving clinical strategy, and supporting our brilliant design team's growth.

• Design high-quality orthodontic treatment plans remotely, adhering to policies and clinical standards.
• Collaborate with the Orthodontic Design Lead to develop processes within the team and across the organization.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of treatment planning protocols.
• Provide input and support for broader clinical strategy initiatives.
• Assist the Orthodontic Design Lead in recruiting, onboarding, and training new design team members.

• Previous experience working as an Orthodontic Designer.
• Demonstrable experience creating high-quality orthodontic treatment plans.
• Experience with Onyx Aligner software is advantageous.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
• Ability to work remotely within the GMT time zone.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
