We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to oversee and manage compliance with ISO standards and regulatory frameworks. This role is critical to ensuring processes, products, and services meet quality standards and that continuous improvement initiatives are effectively implemented.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with ISO standards.
  • Lead and coordinate certification, surveillance, and recertification audits.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO and regulatory requirements.
  • Review and update quality policies, procedures, manuals, and process documentation regularly.
  • Plan, organize, and conduct internal and external audits; ensure timely closure of non-conformities.
  • Identify gaps and areas for improvement; lead corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA).
  • Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement across all departments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality and compliance issues effectively.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for audit findings and customer complaints; drive process improvements.
  • Stay updated on changes to ISO standards and ensure the organization adapts accordingly.
  • Liaise with external auditors, certification bodies, and regulatory authorities as the main point of contact.
  • Prepare and present compliance and audit reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Support risk management, incident reporting, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze quality data and KPIs to ensure performance targets are achieved.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in industry sectors such as manufacturing, IT, or healthcare.
  • Knowledge of other standards like ISO 45001, GDPR compliance, or sector-specific regulations.
  • Experience with risk management and business continuity planning.
