We are seeking a professional to oversee and manage our company's compliance with ISO standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with ISO standards
  • Lead and coordinate certification, surveillance, and recertification audits
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO requirements
  • Review and update quality policies, procedures, manuals, and process documentation
  • Plan, organize, and conduct internal and external audits; ensure timely closure of non-conformities
  • Identify gaps and areas for improvement; lead corrective action plans
  • Deliver training and awareness programs to employees on ISO standards and compliance
  • Promote a culture of quality and compliance across all departments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues effectively
  • Conduct root cause analysis for audit findings and customer complaints
  • Stay updated on changes to ISO standards and ensure the organization adapts accordingly

  • Experience in relevant industry
  • Knowledge of other standards like ISO 45001, GDPR compliance, or sector-specific regulations
  • Experience with risk management and business continuity planning

This role is critical to ensuring our processes meet required quality standards and that continuous improvement initiatives are effectively implemented.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001) and extensive experience in auditing, quality management systems (QMS), and regulatory compliance.
