Community & Affiliate Management Role

About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Community & Affiliate Manager to lead our TikTok Shop brand's community engagement and affiliate marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Creator Community Building: Develop and execute strategies to nurture a thriving community of creators, transitioning them from off-platform channels to dedicated fanatics who regularly contribute content.
  2. Creator Training and Coaching: Host regular sessions to educate creators on effective strategies, including how to leverage competitor hooks, enhance CTAs, and capitalize on trending content.
  3. Competitor Analysis and Content Strategy: Utilize tools like EchoTik, FastMoss, and Shoplus to reverse-engineer viral content, develop battle-tested scripts, and create engaging campaign calendars tailored to each brand.
  4. Affiliate Campaigns and Performance Optimization: Monitor performance, refine commissions, and empower top creators to become brand ambassadors.

The Ideal Candidate:

  1. Has experience in content or affiliate management, preferably with a background in TikTok Shop.
  2. Stays ahead of the curve when it comes to trending content and can identify opportunities before they go viral.
  3. Communicates effectively: Motivate creators, resolve conflicts, and inspire action through clear and compelling messaging.
  4. Is data-driven: Judging content by metrics such as hooks, watch time, CTAs, and conversion rates rather than just views.
  5. Loves systems and process: Develop SOPs for onboarding, content calendars, and performance tracking to ensure seamless operations.
