Community & Affiliate Manager (TikTok Shop)

The Role:

You'll be the backbone of our TikTok Shop brands, managing a thriving creator community and turning them into profit-driving partners.

What You'll Do:

  1. Build & Nurture Creator Communities: Take creators off-platform (Discord/WhatsApp) and turn them into fanatics who post weekly.
  2. Train Like a Coach: Host weekly sessions to teach creators how to steal competitors' hooks, improve CTAs, and crush trends.
  3. Crush Competitor Analysis: Use tools like EchoTik/FastMoss/Shoplus to reverse-engineer viral content and create battle-tested scripts.
  4. Content Strategy Mastermind: Ideate hooks, scripts, and campaign calendars for each brand separately.
  5. Affiliate Campaigns: Track performance, optimize commissions, and turn top creators into brand ambassadors.

We Need Someone Who:

  1. Has experience in content/affiliate management (TikTok Shop experience is a huge plus).
  2. Eats trends for breakfast: You know what's blowing up on TikTok before it goes viral.
  3. Communicates like a pro: You can motivate creators, resolve conflicts, and inspire action.
  4. Geek out on analytics: You judge content by hooks, watch time, CTAs, and conversion rates—not just views.
  5. Loves systems: You'll build SOPs for onboarding, content calendars, and performance tracking.
