Requirements

  • A matriculate certificate or training in cookery from a recognized institution, with 6-7 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Non-matriculate individuals with 7-9 years of related work experience may also be considered.
  • Knowledge of menu planning, recipe development, and preparation techniques.
  • Ability to read and write in Urdu and English.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
  • An understanding of food safety and sanitation principles.
