We are seeking a seasoned Recruiter to develop and execute a comprehensive recruiting strategy that supports talent development and employee growth. This strategic role involves analyzing job requirements, designing effective recruitment materials, and sourcing top talent through various channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and implement a tailored recruiting strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Analyze job specifications, requirements, and qualifications to identify key competencies.
  • Design and disseminate engaging recruitment materials to attract diverse candidates.
  • Evaluate candidate resumes and applications, using structured interviews and assessment methods to determine the best fit.
  • Orient new employees to ensure seamless integration into the organization.
  • Maintain and apply HR best practices in recruiting to enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Provide analytical and documented recruiting reports to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (in-house or staffing agency) with a track record of success.
  • Able to conduct various types of interviews, including structured and competency-based assessments.
  • Familiarity with HR databases, recruiting software, and HRIS/HRMS systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Strong decision-making skills to drive informed hiring decisions.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Non-IT recruiting experience: 1 year.
  • Total work experience: 1 year.
