Operational Efficiency Specialist job involves ensuring day-to-day office operations run smoothly.

This role is pivotal in maintaining a conducive working environment, operational success, and team productivity. The Office Administrator oversees various tasks including periodic office maintenance plans, procurement, supplies management, and vendor relationships.

The ideal candidate will have proven work experience in administration, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to foster positive employee relations.

To be successful, you must have strong analytical and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail, minimum of 4 to 6 years of relevant experience, and a passion for innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement office maintenance plans.
  • Manage office supplies, procurements, and vendor relationships.
  • Develop and oversee office safety and security protocols.
  • Manage office equipment, inventory, and organization.
  • Oversee office facilities, employees' mess/lunch facilities, power, electricity, air-conditioning systems, generators, and office vehicles.
  • Contribute to budget development and implement cost control measures.
  • Manage EOBI processes, employee medical management, official guests, company events, office refreshment arrangements, courier services, utility bills, vendor invoices, petty cash transactions, official cellular accounts, PTCL lines, communication services, office printing and stationery supplies, annual contracts, employee safety kits, and general insurance policies.
  • Ensure compliance with established office policies and procedures.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Proven prior work experience in administration.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster positive employee relations.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Minimum of 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.
