We are seeking a skilled Architectural Technologist to fill a full-time position in Faisalabad, Pakistan. This role offers accommodation and requires strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist architects with designing and constructing buildings from concept to completion.
  2. Create detailed drawings and specifications using computer-aided design software.
  3. Research building materials and techniques for efficient and cost-effective solutions.
  4. Conduct site visits to gather information and monitor construction progress.
  5. Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure designs meet local building codes and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field is required.
  • At least 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role.
  • Proficient in computer-aided design software and other design tools.
  • Knowledge of Pakistani building codes and regulations is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working on residential or commercial projects in Faisalabad or other Pakistani cities is beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are preferred.
