Business Development Role Overview

This is a full-time on-site position for a seasoned Business Development Manager - Upwork Bidding Specialist at ExertLogics. The role involves managing Upwork bids, developing new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving growth through effective bidding strategies.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute effective strategies to win projects on Upwork for ExertLogics.
  2. Create compelling proposals tailored to client requirements by highlighting ExertLogics' strengths.
  3. Analyze market trends to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
  4. Negotiate terms and finalize agreements with clients while maintaining strong relationships.
  5. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure project delivery meets client expectations.
  6. Meet or exceed sales targets and provide regular reports on performance.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Upwork bidding and business development.
  • A proven track record of securing projects and meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong understanding of Upwork's platform and bidding processes.
  • An analytical mindset focused on client needs and market trends.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team with self-motivation.
  • Familiarity with freelancing platforms like Fiverr and Freelancer is beneficial.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
