Job Title: HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our human resources team.

  • The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of employment law, compensation structures, organizational planning, recruitment strategies, organization development, employee relations, safety protocols, employee engagement initiatives, and employee development programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Developing and implementing performance management systems;
  2. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements regarding employees;
  3. Designing and delivering employee development programs, needs assessments, and training initiatives;
  4. Crafting policies and documentation;
  5. Maintaining positive employee relations;
  6. Administering compensation and benefits packages;
  7. Ensuring employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health;
  8. Fostering charitable giving initiatives;
  9. Providing employee services and counseling.

Essential Qualifications:

  1. Exceptional written and spoken communication skills;
  2. Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills;
  3. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR department staff members;
  4. Demonstrated ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to the executive management team;
  5. Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, including proficiency in Excel and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
