Leather Jacket Quality Control Specialist

As a Quality Assurance Specialist for leather jackets, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire quality control process to ensure excellence in every stage.
Key Responsibilities:- Inspect leather materials, stitching, finishes, and fittings for defects and inconsistencies.
- Conduct pre-production and final inspections to meet industry standards.
- Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues and provide actionable feedback.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, quality issues, and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in the production process.
- Train and guide quality control staff to follow best practices in leather jacket production.
- 3+ years of experience in quality control within the leather garment industry.
- Strong knowledge of leather materials, stitching techniques, and garment finishes.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong understanding of quality control principles.
