Job Title: Food Safety Specialist

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Food Safety Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  1. Conducting thorough quality assessments of finished products to ensure they meet our high standards.
  2. Inspecting incoming raw materials and rejecting any that fail to meet our quality expectations, reporting issues promptly to relevant departments.
  3. Documenting inspection processes, including detailed reports and performance records.
  4. Identifying areas for improvement in our production process to ensure adherence to quality control standards.
  5. Collaborating with production teams to address quality control concerns and enhance product quality.
  6. Scheduling regular checks of samples according to departmental requirements.
  7. Monitoring various stages of production.
  8. Carrying out additional tasks assigned by management.

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  1. Certification from reputable organizations such as FSSC, FDA, Vagan, Halal, ISO, and HACCP.
  2. An intermediate level of proficiency or a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is highly advantageous.
