\Merchandising Role\

Analyze market trends to enhance sales by developing strategies to highlight promotions, price changes, clearance, and holiday/seasonal needs.

Track inventory, stock, and restock merchandise while anticipating and maximizing customer interest, reaction, and expectations.

\

Plan and ensure necessary budget allocations; forecast costs, sales, and profits.

\

Collaborate with plan-o-gram teams to create, build, and display merchandise.

\

Implement plan-o-grams and take photos for comparison.

\

Maximize profitability with engaging signage and campaigns.

\

Resolve issues presented by audits and maintain standards set in contract agreements.

\Qualifications and Skills\
  • \
  • Previous experience in merchandising or a related field.\
  • Computer skills, including entering and tracking merchandise, scheduling, and Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.\
  • Strong communication skills with buyers.\
  • Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.\
  • Necessary senior position working experience.\
  • Command of spoken and written English with good understanding.\
  • Fluent in garment costing preferred.\
  • Responsible for planning shipments from sampling, orders, and raw material sourcing to garment shipment.\
  • Proper and timely coordination with all concerned departments.\
  • Meet commitments with buyers.\
  • Able to follow up on timely sourcing fabrics, trims, and accessories.\
