Territory Development Representative

As a Territory Development Representative at Oxbridge Digital, you will play a key role in driving business growth and increasing revenue by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in assigned territories.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with customers. You will be responsible for conducting regular field visits, developing strategic plans to drive growth, and increasing revenue.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in assigned territories
- Conducting regular field visits to build rapport and understand customer needs
- Developing strategic plans to drive growth and increase revenue
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Management or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in a related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to hit sales quotas
Required skills and qualifications include end-to-end sales, negotiation skills, communication skills, and information technology. We are looking for a team player who is proactive, self-motivated, and has excellent interpersonal skills.
