The Senior Network Technician will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our customers' networks. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to follow standard processes, and a willingness to continue advancing technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-call support for tier 2 technical issues.
  • Act as a technical mentor to the MST Network team and Associate Network Engineers.
  • Document customer issues, communications, steps taken to resolve, and current status through ServiceNow.
Requirements:
  • 6-8 years of experience working in a technical environment with demonstrated enterprise-level network troubleshooting.
  • Associates degree in a related field preferred.
  • Certifications: CCNA, JNCIA, Fortinet NSE4 required; CCNP, ITIL preferred.
