Job Opportunity: Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced and energetic Operations Manager to oversee the busy operations office.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service by answering telephone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner
- Offer quotations and make bookings for clients
- Serve as the first point of contact for any customer service issues
- Perform general administrative tasks as instructed by line manager, including recording expense and sales invoices
- Ensure accurate client invoicing
Working Hours: Monday-Friday 9am–6pm, flexible and family-friendly terms available.
Requirements:- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Proficiency in data entry
- Mathematical and numerical skills
- Self-motivation and ability to learn quickly
- Trustworthiness and reliability
- Proven track record in operations management, ideally with experience in hospitality, event, or logistics sectors
